- Prepare US individual income tax returns and cost projections for inbound and outbound employees. - Research and analyze tax laws, rules, and regulations; evaluate client, industry, and internal information. - Demonstrate problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. - Communicate with clients and Vialto management through written and verbal communication. - Demonstrate capability with automation and digitization in a professional services setting. - Work with large, complex data sets to build models and use data visualization tools. - Innovate through new and existing technologies and experiment with digitization tools and processes.
