This workshop focuses on empowering Bahraini youth to understand decision-making mechanisms within boards of directors and to acquire strategic leadership skills through a realistic simulation experience of a private company’s board of directors. The workshop allows participants to learn about member roles, analyze issues, and make impactful decisions in an environment that simulates the actual challenges of the business world.
