Future Board Leaders

In collaboration with Bahrain Polytechnic, the Future Board Leaders Program aims to prepare qualified Bahraini youth to engage in modern governance practices and serve on boards of directors. The program combines theoretical training with practical application through realistic simulations, covering the fundamentals of governance, legal responsibilities, financial analysis, strategic thinking, and risk management. It also provides participants with hands-on experience through simulated board meetings and global case studies, enhancing their readiness and confidence to become effective leaders who contribute to the sustainability of the Kingdom’s institutions. Note: The program will be delivered in English.
