His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and First Deputy Prime Minister became the next chairman of the Supreme Council, then Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa took over as president of the Supreme Council and the Bahrain Olympic Committee to continue this march which has kept the youth movement in the Kingdom on the right track.

The website of the Ministry of Youth Affairs represents a true way of communication among representatives of the youth in Bahrain, as well as for being an opportunity to know the ideas of the young generation on the programmes and activities offered to them in various youth forums.

The website will also contribute to activating the role of Ministry of Youth Affairs in meeting the needs and requirements of its agents and to work on the implementation of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports strategy, in order to contribute to the development of youth movement and lead them to the highest levels.

The youth and sports movement in the Kingdom of Bahrain has made great strides on the way of progress in recent years through the significant development in supporting both sectors, which would not have been possible without the guidance of the wise leadership.

The Ministry of Youth Affairs' strategy underlines the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports support to the largest segment of the Bahraini society through instilling the concepts of belonging and loyalty to the nation in young people and involve them in a variety of interesting activities that are beneficial to them.

In conclusion, we wish this website to achieve goals for which they were found for serving the youth sectors.

Ayman Tawfeeq Almoayed

General Secretary of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports
