Driven by our belief in the importance of listening to the opinions of youth, and our keenness at the Ministry of Youth Affairs to maintain continuous communication with the public to receive constructive feedback on the services we provide and to work on developing and improving these services in a manner that meets public needs, we strive through this website and the Ministry’s official channels on social media to achieve this goal and ensure effective communication with all users.
Electronic Participation Policy
The Electronic Participation Policy highlights the commitment of the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain to focus on providing means for electronic participation and enhancing effective communication channels on social media. Additionally, it seeks to bring about a significant shift toward the use of electronic participation tools. This policy affirms the importance of adopting an integrated government approach to establish, apply, monitor, review, and update the framework of electronic participation to ensure greater transparency, openness, and inclusiveness in the services provided by the Ministry. Moreover, it encourages user engagement for easier and more flexible communication, providing a clear reference that outlines the procedures and responsibilities related to the services offered by the Ministry. This effort aligns with the Kingdom’s vision of improving the quality of government services while enabling public participation in decision-making processes.
Shaping Decisions through Electronic Consultation
The objective of establishing electronic participation channels is to grant an effective and transparent opportunity for the public to provide feedback, comments, and suggestions on the services offered by the Ministry of Youth Affairs, as well as to engage them in developing youth-related initiatives and youth empowerment strategies. These participations can serve as a basis for future decision-making. The public can propose any topics for inclusion in electronic consultations through the National Suggestions and Complaints System (Tawasul) or its dedicated mobile application.
