What are the target age groups?
Youth aged 18 to 34 years.

What are the requirements and conditions for applying?
- The participant must be of Bahraini nationality.
- The participant must be between 18 and 34 years old.
- The participant must be residing in the Kingdom of Bahrain throughout the program.
- The participant must be proficient in both Arabic and English.
- The participant must submit a 30-45 second video explaining why they should be chosen for this initiative.

When does registration for the initiative open?
The initiative is announced annually on Bahraini Youth Day, which coincides with March 25th each year.

What is the duration of the program?
One full year.

What are the stages for accepting participants?
- Evaluation of participant videos by the initial judging committee.
- Evaluation of participants who pass the first stage by the secondary judging committee through a form.
- Evaluation of participants who pass the second stage through personal interviews by the senior judging committee.
