In line with HM King's directives, Educational Area renamed as 'Bahraini Youth Avenue'

Manama, Mar. 25 (BNA): The “Educational Area” in Isa Town has been renamed as the “Bahrain Youth Avenue”. The move follows directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to name an avenue after Bahraini youth. The renaming ceremony was attended by Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Minister, Essam bin Abdulla Khalaf, and Youth and Sports Affairs Minister, Ayman bin Tawfiq Al-Moayyed, in addition to officials from both ministries. On the occasion, Works Minister said that HM the King’s directives to name an avenue after Bahraini youth confirms the royal appreciation for Bahraini youngsters’ contributions to serving their nation and fruitful efforts to take part in building a prosperous future for the kingdom at all levels. Youth Minister extended thanks and appreciation to HM the King for his directives, which, he said, confirm the distinguished status enjoyed by Bahraini youth in HM’s mindset, and the royal keenness to appreciate their role and achievements. The Minister indicated that the Educational Area was renamed as “Bahraini Youth Avenue” because it hosts many schools, universities and educational institutions.====
