Minister Tawfeeqi said that the formation of the Creative Pioneers Team reflects the ministry’s strategic direction to strengthen youth participation and enable them, while allowing them to be influential and inspiring leaders in shaping and developing youth centre strategies, as active partners in designing and delivering programmes that align with young people’s aspirations and ideas.

She explained that the ministry operates under a clear strategy based on the National Strategy for Youth Empowerment (2023–2028), which serves as an ambitious roadmap aimed at empowering Bahraini youth and enhancing their effective participation in developing youth programmes and initiatives, contributing to the preparation of a generation capable of innovation and competitiveness.

The minister added that the ministry is keen for youth to be an essential part of decision-making, policy development, and programme launches, noting that the Creative Pioneers Team initiative was introduced as an integrated framework that gives youth real space to innovate, implement youth programmes, and turn their ideas into practical initiatives.

She expressed full confidence in the team’s abilities, noting their ability to present innovative and distinctive initiatives that support various youth tracks and programmes and help enhance the quality of services provided to youth.

During the meeting, the team presented a range of youth proposals aimed at improving the quality of scientific and technical programmes at the centre. These initiatives focus on training and empowering youth, developing their skills, and strengthening their abilities, helping to expand participation and creativity across different fields.

For their part, the Creative Pioneers Team thanked the minister for her continued support and strong confidence in their abilities, saying that the meeting provided additional motivation to continue innovating and delivering quality initiatives that contribute to the development of youth programmes and projects.
