Youth Affairs Minister receives Cypriot Ambassador
Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfeeqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, receives Dr. Andreas Eliades, the Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus in Bahrain.
The Minister highlighted the Bahrain-Cyprus relations and the continuous development in various sectors. She emphasised the importance of strengthening cooperation in the youth sector through the exchange of expertise and the launch of joint youth initiatives and programmes that contribute to developing the skills of young people.
She commended the role of the Republic of Cyprus in the Hope Network and its efforts to achieve the network’s goals aimed at strengthening the role of youth.
On his part, Dr. Eliades emphasised his country's keenness to expand bilateral cooperation with the Kingdom to serve the common interests of the two countries.
