Rawan bint Najeeb tawfeeqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, attended the launch ceremony of the "Bake Box by Little Chefs" platform and product, created by sisters Jouri, Maria, and Jawaher Juma.
The product offers innovative cake recipes free from preservatives and features creative packaging that reflects the spirit of innovation and excellence in youth entrepreneurship.
The minister listened to a presentation by the sisters about the project’s concept and development, as well as their future ambitions for expansion and growth.
Minister tawfeeqi commended the sisters’ creativity and enterprising spirit, noting that the project reflects the confidence of Bahraini youth in their ability to innovate.
She emphasised the importance of recognising young people’s potential early on, highlighting efforts to build an encouraging environment that strengthens their confidence and motivates them to achieve.
She noted that offering early support for their entrepreneurial ventures is a meaningful way to invest in the country's future.
The minister noted that the project is an inspiring model of entrepreneurial spirit among the Kingdom’s youth and their ability to transform ideas into competitive products in the local market.
She highlighted the Ministry’s commitment to supporting all creative youth initiatives, in a way that enhances their sustainability and growth.
On their part, the sisters thanked Minister tawfeeqieeqi for her ongoing support and encouragement of youth initiatives.
They emphasised that her presence and participation in the launch event served as a great motivation to continue developing the project and taking it to the next level.
The "Bake Box by Little Chefs" project is a graduate of the Beban Juniors programme, one of the Hope Ventures initiatives under the Hope Fund.
The programme aims to develop entrepreneurial skills among the age group of 6 to 17 years and foster a spirit of innovation and commercial thinking from an early age.
