 The two sides discussed efforts to enhance bilateral cooperation in the youth sector and expanding partnerships that contribute to empowering young people and developing their skills.

 Minister tawfeeqi highlighted the Bahraini–Italian relations and their continuous development across various sectors.  She emphasised the importance of advancing youth cooperation through joint programmes and initiatives that enhance youth capabilities and broaden their opportunities for active participation.

 The two sides discussed opportunities for exchanging expertise and experiences in youth development, and explored building an integrated framework of cooperation to implement innovative youth projects and initiatives between both countries.

 They also addressed a proposed framework for joint youth work, aimed at strengthening understandings that reflect the shared commitment to broaden cooperation and launching practical initiatives that enhance youth participation in sustainable development.

 The meeting also highlighted the achievements of the Hope Network in advancing youth empowerment and explored ways to enhance the role of Italy’s Ministry of Sport and Youth within the network as an active member, strengthening its presence and contributions to youth-related initiatives at both regional and international levels.

 On his part, Abodi expressed his appreciation for the strong ties between the two countries, commending Minister tawfeeqi’s efforts in advancing youth cooperation.

 He underscored Italy’s commitment to developing joint projects that support cultural and knowledge exchange between Bahraini and Italian youth.
