Minister of Youth Affairs: Nasser bin Hamad strengthens the culture of innovation and excellence in the journey of Bahraini youth
H.E. Ms. Rawan bint Najeeb tawfeeqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, affirmed that the strong support and continuous attention of H.H. Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, have constituted a fundamental pillar in embedding the culture of innovation and excellence among Bahraini youth. This, she noted, has enabled them to play a pivotal role in developing the national work environment and making it more creative and positive.
The Minister of Youth Affairs highlighted H.H. Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa’s keenness to provide more opportunities for young people to be active partners in the process of building and advancing various national sectors, in line with the policies of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports. She emphasized that H.H. Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa’s support for the establishment of the Youth Innovation and Excellence Committee at the Ministry of Works is a practical translation of this national vision aimed at empowering young talents and strengthening their role in shaping the future.
H.E. the Minister also praised the outstanding role of H.E. Eng. Ibrahim bin Hassan Al Hawaj, Minister of Works, in adopting initiatives that enhance the standing of youth within the ministry, noting that dedicating a committee specialized in innovation and youth empowerment reflects an advanced institutional awareness of the importance of investing in national talents and engaging them in shaping developmental initiatives, thereby creating a work environment that fosters leadership and creativity.
She stressed that the presence of a select group of young competencies within the committee will make it an effective platform for exchanging expertise and formulating innovative initiatives, wishing its members success in achieving the desired goals and reinforcing the position of Bahraini youth as a fundamental pillar of comprehensive development.
