Nuun Watches awards sales proceeds of winning design from City Youth 2030 competition

Nuun Watches awarded young designer Fawaz Mohammed the proceeds from the sales of his watch design, which earned widespread recognition following its creation as part of a competition held in collaboration with the company at City Youth 2030.

 

Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfeeqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, commended the talent and innovation of Bahraini youth.

She commended the efforts of Nuun Watches for supporting young talents.  She noted that the success of such initiatives reflects the capabilities of Bahraini youth and the commitment of national companies to investing in their potential.

Haroon Naeem, Sales Director at Nuun Watches, expressed the company’s pride in empowering Bahraini youth and providing opportunities to showcase their creativity in watch design.

Asma Ali, Public Relations Director at Nuun Watches, highlighted the success of Fawaz Mohammed’s design in the local market, underscoring the strong potential of Bahraini youth in the industry.

Fawaz Mohammed expressed his gratitude for the experience, describing it as a valuable opportunity that turned his idea into a marketable product and allowed him to enter the business world.

He thanked the minister for her continuous support and Nuun Watches for their trust in young designers and for providing such an opportunity.
